Age Statement: Pexlan Love Check is an exclusive daily check-in and emotional log application designed for intimate relationships. This platform is only accessible to users who have reached the age of eighteen (18). Any access, registration and use of this application by underage users under 18 years old is strictly prohibited in all regions where the service is available.

General Statement

These Terms of Service (referred to as the "Terms") officially define the binding relationship between the Pexlan operation team (referred to as the "Service Provider") and registered users (referred to as the "User"). This set of terms covers all rules related to your access, registration and daily use of the intimate relationship check-in service. By downloading, installing and using any functional module of Pexlan, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to bind yourself to all clauses of this Terms. If you refuse to accept any clause, you must stop using the application and delete it from your mobile device immediately.

1. Account Access & User Rules

1.1 Access Qualification: This application targets adult users over 18 years old who need to record and manage intimate relationships. The Service Provider reserves the right to verify user age through technical means. Once underage accounts are identified, the Service Provider has the right to freeze accounts, clear all user logs and permanently prohibit corresponding devices from accessing the platform.

1.2 Account Management: Users are solely responsible for the security of their independent accounts. All check-in photos, text logs and behavioral operations generated under the account belong to the personal behaviors of the user. The Service Provider shall not be liable for account leakage, password loss and private content disclosure caused by improper user operation.

1.3 Usage Boundary: All functions of Pexlan are limited to users’ personal non-commercial emotional recording and intimate partner daily check-in. Users are forbidden to use platform logs, uploaded pictures and related functions for commercial promotion, paid sales, resource drainage and other profit-making behaviors without the written approval of the Service Provider.

2. Service Function Description

Pexlan focuses on helping users record every precious moment in intimate relationships, providing a pure and exclusive emotional recording space for partners. The core functions include allowing users to upload task-related photos covering daily interactions, customized couple tasks and relationship milestone records; users can match detailed text descriptions to record daily feelings, task completion status and emotional insights. All check-in logs are stored permanently on the platform, supporting users to view, sort and browse historical relationship records anytime and anywhere.

The Service Provider will optimize image uploading specifications, upgrade log editing functions and enrich intimate task templates according to user feedback and product iteration rhythm. Conventional experience optimization that does not affect core service functions will not issue separate notifications to all users.

3. User Published Content Rules

3.1 Content Legality: Users shall guarantee that all uploaded check-in photos and edited text logs are original works or legally authorized resources. Users must not publish content that violates national laws and public order and good customs, including but not limited to illegal information, violent elements, pornographic vulgar content, discriminatory remarks and content that infringes the legitimate rights and interests of third parties.

3.2 Content Authorization Scope: Users enjoy full ownership of all original check-in logs and uploaded images. The Service Provider only obtains limited technical authorization for content storage and normal function display, and will not copy, modify, repost or commercialize user private emotional logs without explicit independent authorization from users.

3.3 Malicious Behavior Restriction: Users are prohibited from uploading invalid repeated pictures, malicious attachment files and irrelevant sensitive content in batches. Any use of plug-ins, scripts and other third-party tools to interfere with the normal operation of the platform is regarded as a breach of contract, and the Service Provider has the right to take punitive measures.

4. Privacy Protection & Data Security

The Service Provider always adheres to the data minimization collection principle and complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and relevant international privacy regulations. We only collect basic data required to complete image storage and log generation, and never actively collect redundant sensitive information irrelevant to service functions.

All intimate relationship logs and uploaded pictures created by users are stored in an encrypted private space, which is completely invisible to other users by default. The Service Provider promises not to disclose, rent or sell user private emotional data to any third-party enterprises, organizations and individuals. Only when judicial and administrative authorities issue formal legal documents, relevant data can be provided as required.

5. Intellectual Property Specification

5.1 Platform Intellectual Property: The application’s underlying operating code, exclusive log layout template, task design elements, interface UI and brand trademark are all exclusive intellectual properties of the Service Provider. Any unauthorized cracking, copying, secondary development and commercial use are strictly prohibited.

5.2 User Content Rights: All intimate check-in logs and uploaded materials created by users belong to the users themselves. Users have the full right to edit, download and delete personal content; the Service Provider does not obtain any additional ownership of user creation content.

6. Breach Handling & Account Cancellation

For users who violate the terms of this agreement, such as publishing illegal vulgar content, abusing platform functions and privately carrying out commercial activities, the Service Provider has the right to take graded punishment measures including deleting illegal content, limiting log creation functions and permanently banning accounts.

Users have the right to cancel their accounts independently at any time and clear all historical check-in logs. After the account is cancelled, the privacy protection clauses, intellectual property clauses and dispute settlement clauses of this Terms will continue to take effect.

7. Disclaimer Clause

The Service Provider delivers intimate relationship recording services on an "as-is" basis, and does not make any implicit or explicit guarantees for absolute compatibility with all mobile devices and zero failure of long-term data storage.

The Service Provider shall not be responsible for data loss and content damage caused by user’s active deletion, improper operation, network failure and device failure. For service interruption caused by force majeure factors such as natural disasters and policy adjustments, the Service Provider also exempts from relevant liabilities.

8. Agreement Revision & Dispute Resolution

The Service Provider reserves the right to revise and update this Terms according to national regulatory policies and industry development status. The updated agreement will be displayed on the homepage of the application and take effect immediately. Your continued use of the service after the update means that you recognize and accept the revised clauses.

This Terms is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions). In case of any dispute between both parties, friendly negotiation shall be conducted first; if the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit to the people's court where the Service Provider is located.
